In order to stay current with today’s rapidly changing computer environments, our technicians are periodically required to take formal training, attend technical seminars, and participate in company labs. I can't have work performed during business hours. How can NJCN help?

This is a very common question. NJCN operates 24 hours a day. At no extra cost to our clients, we can perform work after hours or on weekends. In this way, your company can continue to function while work is performed off hours.

Is it possible to obtain FREE SUPPORT?

Yes, NJCN offer free e-mail based support. If you have a technical problem and would like some assistance, please e-mail NJCN at support@njcomputernetworks.com. This is available to anyone at no cost

What pricing options are available at NJCN?

We offer two types of billing options: By the Hour and Fixed Price Project

What does “By the Hour” pricing mean?

NJCN services are billed by the hour. This pricing option is most relevant for smaller, less time consuming, services. For example, if one of your servers or desktops is experiencing a problem (i.e. it does not boot, or showing an error message). (Pricing by the hour ranges between $35 to $125 per hour depending on the type of support required: i.e. remote VPN support, Telephone support, onsite visit, emergency onsite support.)

What does “Fixed Price Project” pricing mean?

This is usually for larger projects (i.e. network installation, computer migration, new construction project, etc). NJCN will present a statement of work that details the services to be implemented. The advantage to our clients is that all pricing, working details, project scope, is presented in the statement of work. The client will know precisely what the project will cost and what services will be performed.

Does NJCN provide NEW CONSTRUCTION services?

Yes, we can install, for example, network cabling in new or existing location. Furthermore, new telephone VOIP systems and services can be requested and installed in a timely professional manner. In addition, rack mount server and network equipment installation are common service requests at NJCN.

I have an old outdated computer network. How can NJCN help me?

NJCN can migrate your existing network to a more modern network. We specialize in computer network migrations. The end product will be an optimized business class computer network.

My computer backups are failing? My company has no backups?

Backups are very important to every business. However, they are often overlooked and forgotten about. In our research, time and time again, it has been seen that the expense of configuring and maintaining computer backups is minimal compared to the expense of losing data during an unforeseen incident. We can create a complete backup configuration for your network. Plus, we will teach you how to verify and maintain your backups.

In what geographic locations can I get NJCN services?

We are available in the entire Tri-State areas: NJ, NY, PA. Our company head quarters is located in northern NJ. We also have other remote offices in Central and Southern NJ.

What if I require NJCN services outside of NJ, NY or PA?

NJCN has the ability to send technicians through out the United States; however, special pricing option will need to be discussed.
